Net is an IPv4 subnet calculator that computes network address, subnet mask, wildcard mask, broadcast address, host range, and binary breakdown from a given IP address and prefix length. It also supports splitting networks into equal-sized subnets.
Net is a personal project developed in free time by SS Data AS. SS Data AS is not currently an operational company. The service is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees.
Net uses the shared SS Data authentication system. When you sign in, your email address is used to identify your account. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled by the SS Data auth service.
We store a running count of your subnet lookups — a weekly counter (for rate limiting) and a total lifetime counter. No query content is stored: we record that a lookup happened, not what IP or subnet you looked up.

We use a single session cookie named ssdata_session to keep you signed in across SS Data services. This cookie contains a random session token — no personal data is embedded in it. It expires after 8 hours of inactivity.
No third-party cookies are set. No advertising cookies are used.
Your lookup counters are stored for as long as your account exists. Weekly counters reset automatically every Monday. If you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted, contact us and we will remove everything within a reasonable timeframe.
You may use Net for network planning, study, and diagnostic purposes. You may not attempt to circumvent the rate limiting, access other users' accounts, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The service is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Subnet calculations are a convenience tool — always verify critical network configuration independently.
SS Data AS shall not be liable for any loss resulting from incorrect subnet calculations, data loss, or other service interruptions.
We may update this document from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
